Mike Knowles

Head of Growth, Facility Ally

As CMO of the Racquet Sports Professionals Association, Mike Knowles led the 97-year-old organization through a rebrand and grew membership renewals 25 percent while USTA Coaching, an organization with far more resources, was actively competing for the same members. Before that, he spent more than 25 years in marketing, working inside agencies like Publicis and Young & Rubicam, then client-side at Flowers Foods on iconic brands like Nature’s Own and Dave’s Killer Bread.

He’s a former Division I All-American tennis player who’s now an obsessive, if still humbling, padel player, and he’ll happily lose a game of pickleball to Natalie on any given weekend.

Mike joined Facility Ally because he’s seen the same pattern play out across organizations again and again: growth outpacing the structure needed to sustain it. That’s what drew him to a company built by an operator, not engineers guessing at what venues need. Facility Ally doesn’t hand you software and disappear. Neither does Mike. He’s here to help you use what the numbers tell you, then stay in the room while you act on it.
