Sport & Social Organizations

In recent years “sport and social” organizations have come to play a greater role in the coordination of sports leagues, tournaments, social events and more.  They bring people together across a broad range of interests with a common goal, to meet new people and develop new friendships.  As these organizations have grown, so has the need for tools to help keep everything organized.  Whether it be field rentals or leagues standings (among many other functions), the success of the organization depends upon its ability to deliver the “fun” in the smoothest manner possible.

While S&S groups’ members may book in bulk or not book fields, courts or other assets directly, it is crucial that those facilities have been booked and their capacity aligned with what is often a complex schedule of events.

Events

While not as intricate to manage, social events like pub crawls and other “meet and greets” are crucial to an organization’s health.  S&S group members have to be able to be made aware of events, sign up, and receive notifications in a consistent and timely manner.

Memberships

S&S groups often have memberships, but not in the same way tennis club might, with dues and other special privileges.  However, tracking their information, collecting payments and participation is just as important.
